Las hipotecas sobre viviendas se dispararon en mayo un 24,7 %

Madrid, 22 jul (.).- La firma de hipotecas sobre viviendas se disparó en mayo un 24,7 % interanual, hasta alcanzar los 44.165 préstamos, tras el desplome de abril, cuando apenas aumentó un 4,5 %, según los datos publicados este viernes por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE).

Este incremento, el decimoquinto consecutivo, sitúa el importe medio de una hipoteca en España en 149.261 euros, un 11,9 % más que en mayo de 2021.
